Good Eats: Ham, Gravy and Grits

Have you ever had one of those meals that just make you just want to lick your fingers because the food is so good.  I had one of those meals over the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was a simple meal but in my 50+ years, I had never eaten it. The meal consisted of some ham cooked in gravy, grits, and whole wheat submarine rolls from Sam’s Club that were oven toasted with Olive Oil.  When I first saw the meal, I thought this is different, but when I blended the grits and gravy and tasted the Ham, it was amazing!


If you have some left over ham from your Thanksgiving dinner, you may want to create your own recipe.  You just might find a new dish for you and your family.
