When you are trying to accomplish a goal, most people can stay on track when they document progress. Whether you are starting a business, changing careers or even trying to loose a few pounds, it helps to measure progress.
In a recent study by Jamie Cooper, Ph.D. and associate professor of Foods and Nutrition at the University of Georgia in Athens, she found that there is a strategy for preventing weigh gain.
